Gerald Harnwell formed Gerald Harnwell Electrical in
1972 after serving a full apprenticeship with Eastern
Electricity, which covered all aspects of Electrical
Installations & Electrical Heating Systems. He later
became a registered NICEIC Approved Contractor in 1976.
Due to the expanding workforce and a larger
customer base we found that we quickly outgrew the existing
premises. We moved to new premises in 1998 and renamed
the company to Harnwell Electrical.
Ricky and Tony Harnwell (Geralds sons) were made partners
in the company with Gerald in 2001. Ricky and Tony are
JIB fully approved & qualified electricians and
they carry out estimating and quotations for the company.
Harnwell Electrical changed to a Limited Company in April 2007, making Gerald Harnwell the Managing Director and Ricky & Tony Harnwell both Directors within the Company, with Margaret Harnwell as the Company Secretary
Ricky and Tony are both registered Qualifying
Managers by the National Inspection Council for Electrical
Installation Contracting (NICEIC).
